Calling all mid-weight/senior designers with a passion for travel

TUI is on the lookout for a mid-weight/senior designer who gets a buzz out of holidays. As part of our Global Brand Team, you’ll take a leading role in creating and delivering our branding. Because TUI is the world’s No.1 holiday company, the work is reallyvaried - we cover everything from tour operators, airlines and hotels to cruise ships, travel agencies and apps. No two projects are ever the same - one month you might be working on developing a new look and feel for one of our hotel collections, the nextcoming up with eye-catching solutions for branding an international airport. As well as being highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, we’re looking to find someone who relishes the chance of getting up in front of stakeholders to sell in their ideas anddesigns.

Of course, there’s a little bit in the way of admin, but this tends to come in the form of making sure our assets and materials are housed and maintained in our online branding portal. You can base pretty much anywhere in Europe as we’re an internationalteam. We’d be really interested to hear from people who work at inspiring businesses that put design first and creatives working at brand agencies who are looking to make the jump in-house. Finally, you’ll need to be comfortable speaking English, preferablywith a second European language, and some international travel may be required from time to time. **ABOUT THE JOB**
- Key designer and consultant for new brand design developments within TUI’s Global Marketing team. This includes the development of key brand assets as well as specific design concepts for digital and physical customer touch points.
- Providing art and design direction and execution for internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent implementation of TUI’s brand design.
- Presenting creative conceptual work as necessary to stakeholders.
- Coordinating design projects with stakeholders across various markets and group functions.
- Initiating exchange and driving shared learning re design work across TUI Group.
- Creating and maintaining TUI’s brand design guidelines on TUI’s digital branding platform.
- Responsible for the creation of all overseas branded items for all seasons and all destinations. From analysing the branding needs across various destinations to developing new overseas branding concepts and the creation of the final artwork.
- Responsible for constant review of all physical and digital customer touch points including the tour operator, airline, cruises and the experience business to ensure a seamlessly branded customer experience.
- Providing design support for TUI’s Global Marketing team as well as a variety of groupwide stakeholder (Campaign teams, Group Communication, TUI Brand Hub team, etc.) both, project based as well as on an ad-hoc basis.
- Key contact within the Global Marketing team re asset library creation, incl. layout templates, illustrations, icons etc.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Solid graphic design experience with an expertise in brand design creative delivery.
- Excellent graphic design knowledge with a professional portfolio to support.
- Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and any other essential workplace technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and negotiation between multiple international stakeholders.
- Presenting skills including the ability to craft and write effective slide decks in Powerpoint, Google Slides and Keynote.
- Proven experience in managing projects with international stakeholders.
- Experience of digital advertising and marketing.
- Comfortable in managing a high workload with competing priorities.
