Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Secondary School Cover Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Classroom Management: Effectively manage student behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students in the absence of regular teachers.
- Supervision: Supervise students during lessons and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with teaching staff regarding any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
