Family Dental Care is seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join our picturesque practice in the heart of Ballymoney, Northern Ireland. **Your Role**: As a pivotal part of our team, you will work part-time (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 16 hours/week) in our Belfast location, acting as the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
- Managing the front desk: scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Providing stellar administrative support and coordinating with our dental team to optimize office efficiency.
- Promoting private treatments and facilitating finance options for patients.
