£25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Pertemps Southampton are recruiting for an experienced Hire Co-ordinator. This is to join a well-known business in Eastleigh.
As a Hire Co-ordinator you will be reporting directly into the Hire Logistics Manager.
Overview of this Hire Co-ordinator role:
- Following up on outstanding enquiries
- Processing incoming orders from the hire team
- Raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Providing first class customer service
- Using internal system to record hire contract & customer information
- Dealing with supply chain, buying
- Managing a system of safe checking new hire contract details
- Displaying an excellent level of attention to detail
- Communicating with customers on their live hires
- Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) 08:30am - 17:00pm
- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
- Eastleigh SO53
Supporting duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with transport providers regarding availability and quotes
- Scheduling the hire engineers rota
- Assist with the import / export documentation
- Control and monitoring of fuel management system
Person Specification:
- Customer Service experience minimum of 2 years (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous experience within 'Hire' organisations (Highly Desirable)
