**Team Lead**

The new role of Team Lead within our organisation is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about engagement, sustainability, achieving results and supporting the whole team including management to continue to drive the business forward.

The key tasks of the role include:

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting, organising and facilitating training of team members including employee inductions.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, service knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting regular reviews and check ins.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Communicating the organisation’s vision to employees helping teams to meet those objectives.
- Setting clear goals and deadlines for employees, delegating tasks and motivating the team to achieve compa
- ny objectives.
- Creating an atmosphere that empowers, inspires and promotes growth in an environment where employees must work together to complete projects successfully and on time.
- Helping to develop and implement the companies ESG policies with a focus on long term social and environ
- mental strategies.
- Experience in a similar leadership role - minimum 3 years.
- Relevant qualifications or training in Business management, HR, ESG or Employee engagement.
- Experience in managing projects and presenting to stakeholders.
- An enthusiastic interest in ESG and a desire to make a difference.

**Team Lead**

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
