Maintenance Technician
- Lewisham - £14.50ph - weekly pay
Monday to Friday 08am-5pm
No CSCS or tools required.
We have an exciting temporary Maintenance Technician opportunity for a well-known Student Accommodation client based in London.
This is a very reactive role with lots of adhoc duties.
Daily tasks may be:
- General repairs and maintenance tasks to include painting, basic plumbing, carpentry
- Carrying out weekly, monthly and yearly PPM checks
- Ensuring overall appearance of building(s), grounds and equipment is maintained
- Moving furniture and heavy items from location to location on site as required
- Replenish stocks, spares and supplies
- Maintenance, Fabric Engineer, Handyperson or Caretaker experience
- Experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment
- Understanding of risk assessments and PPM
- Strong team player
- Helpful and friendly personality with a flexible approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
The client is looking to recruit until they find permanent staff.
The role is to start immediately.
