**Product Owner - Retention**:

The Retention squads shape and deliver the end to end strategy for retaining customers in our consumer business. We are responsible for delivering profitable churn reduction whilst increasing base revenue, delivering consistent year on year improvement, beating the market and becoming best in class.

As the Product Owner for Retention Optimisation, you’ll lead a squad responsible for our proactive retention campaigns and digital retention.

This is an exciting role with significant responsibility - working in a well-established and highly experienced commercial team.

You will have a natural flair for numbers but also be able to collaborate and influence a wide range of stakeholders. They will be an ideas generator, passionate about driving results.

**What will you be doing?**
- Define and deliver the proactive retention strategy to maximise customer and business value
- Drive Digital mix of upgrades
- Be the servant-leader of a high-performing squad and manage their workload on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop and deliver retention campaigns to improve churn, retained value and digital mix
- Work with Segment teams to identify areas of opportunity for revenue and margin uplift. Create and run test & learn strategies
- Work closely with channels to forensically understand performance and implement recommendations
- Develop accurate business cases and forecasts for new opportunities, working with finance as a key stakeholder
- Weekly/monthly forecasting of key KPIs

**Who are we looking for?**
- Extensive commercial experience (Telecoms or Home Broadband preferable but not required)
- Successful track record of driving commercial performance in a large organisation
- Extremely competent in relationship building and stakeholder management - effectively able to influence senior management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Experience working in an Agile team - ideally as a Product Owner. Agile certifications desirable but not essential.
- Degree and/or financial qualification, but not essential.
