We are in the process of recruiting talented people to join our growing Team at Supanet.

The position will report into the Telesales Manager.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6pm
- **Key Responsibilities of Telesales Representative**_

Taking inbound call enquiries from customers who are potentially interested in broadband provision.

Informing customers on the service in a compliant manner

Converting calls into leads

Manage leads quickly and effectively

Seek to continually over-achieve sales revenue targets

To be compliant in all aspects of the role and company policies

Providing a consultative, solutions-based approach to customers

Be creative and proactive in developing new sales opportunities and driving brand awareness.

Commerciality and ability to spot new business opportunities.

Tracking KPIs and reporting to manager

Work as part of a fast paced Telesales Team in an effective manner.

**Salary**: On target earnings of £29,000 (this is split £20,000 basic salary and sales bonus) based on a full time contract.
