We are currently working with a fantastic authority that is looking for a Resourcing Lead

6 month role

need someone who has implemented a resourcing/workforce planning system - essential

supporting internal and external recruitment -must have workforce planning and management experience
- help to fill roles and populate a new structure - help to source and know where to go to get these people - work with talent management - plan for the future
- business as usual

must haves:

- Previous experience as a resourcing partner in a multi-faceted, complex organisation. CIPD qualified to member status
- Knowledge and experience of working with search agencies, including at executive level.
- Experience of defining and implementing resourcing strategies and tools
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate HR policies and procedures and legislation particularly in resourcing and resourcing practice
- You should have good analytical skills, able to review and interpret information and determine the best approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to confidently influence and inform key senior stakeholders.
- Experience of directly managing, developing and motivating others to achieve their full potential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
- Ability to make decisions effectively, using either own knowledge or available data
