We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for an Executive Assistant to join our Business Support Team, based at PCEs Head Office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

The main role of the Executive Assistant is to support the Business Support Director in the management and completion of tasks and initiatives that fall within the remit of the Business Support Team. This will include performing executive assistant duties for the Business Support Director and acting as team coordinator by liaising with the team to manage task allocation, follow through and reporting on progress. The role holder will also have direct responsibility for project set up related administrative tasks, led by the BST, engaging with the wider business to ensure key tasks are carried out in a timely fashion.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

**Accountabilities**

**Activities
Executive Assistant to Business Support Director

Take meeting minutes and manage subsequent task allocation and follow through

Manage follow through on BST tasks to successful completion, providing progress updates

Ensure BST comms are issued appropriately, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Attend site visits

Asite task management

Manages social media activity (i.e., LinkedIn)

Assist with projects as needed

Project Manual

Creation of a project specific manual at the start of each new project, using the business template and building it to become the go to manual for the whole project team

Allocation and subsequent management of departmental tasks in order to collate the required data to complete the manual

Liaising with members of the project team and key functional personnel to ensure their required contribution to the manual is completed in full, in a timely manner

Responsible for the on-going upkeep of the project manual, during the project

Continue to build on the template to minimise set up time on future projects, adapting the template as the business changes and grows

Ensure that the manual continues to add value whilst remaining simple and intuitive for users, as it grows

Other administrative tasks

Proof reading and editing written content

Conducting research

Attending weekly project meetings, as the BST representative

Set up of new project Teams

Policy management

Co-ordination of set up of BST led project documents
