You will be joining a national charity at their head office in Witney. The organisation have circa 600 employees across multiple sites in the UK and provide a range of social care support to vulnerable adults. You will be required to work from the office60% of the week (3 days) and have the option to work from home the remaining 2 days if this is your preference.
Previous experience as a HR Administrator/Assistant would be preferred as you will need to demonstrate a good HR practical knowledge when it comes to giving managers and employees advice and guidance. Strong attention to detail and a customer centric approachare vital to be considered for the role. Whilst our client will offer lots of training and development opportunities, they do expect someone who already has a basic understanding of key HR practices that they can build on once they join.
Our client will offer CIPD funding once you have passed the 6 month probation period with them and they are incredibly proud of the development of members of the HR team over recent years, with one of their current HR BP's having joined in 2019 as a HR CoordinatorFor anyone wanting to learn and develop their HR knowledge, this would be a great team to join.
