Your role will be essential to ensuring WLS's continued growth and success as we branch out into other areas. Although knowledge of at least one foreign language is preferred, full training and support are provided to help you achieve your full potential.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

We are looking for a proactive and confident **Legalisation Services Administrator** who has good communication skills, an excellent command of the English language and organisation skills to assist our legalisation department. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese and/or Italian is an advantage to this role.

In this fast-paced office, you will also be expected to assist the notarial department team and the Director with a number of admin duties, including:

- operating our CRM system;
- Making appointments;
- drafting and checking documents;
- liaising with our regular and prospective clients;
- liaising with our translators and other service providers;
- Prioritising and managing workload effectively;
- photocopying and scanning;
- downloading and sharing electronic files;
- booking couriers;
- additional ad hoc duties, as required.

**Essential**:

- previous experience in an office setting;
- excellent client care skills;
- attention to details;
- excellent team player who works well both independently and with colleagues to achieve results;
- excellent writing skills;
- ability to deal with calls and instructions effectively and efficiently
- ability to manage and prioritise work effectively;
- ability to obtain relevant information from all callers and answer their queries directly or refer as appropriate;
- excellent computing skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
