**Job Details**

Location: UK (may require occasional travel across EMEALA).

Reports to: EMEALA Sales Operations Director

The Sales Operations Business Partner will work with commercial leaders to optimize and effectively execute through the ecosystem for business objective attainment. They will be directly responsible for supporting specialist sales teams and strategic accounts enabling EMEALA regions to sell more effectively. This includes optimizing current business processes through business process improvement, improving business visibility through reporting and analytics, enabling sales through coordination, communication, and learning & development.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the commercial planning process with quota definition (setting and build), activity models and territory and coverage design
- Drive increased sales productivity and improved controls through process improvement, optimization and coordination. Monitor and recommend strategies for improving sales effectiveness and understanding win/loss
- Drive strategic programs and initiatives to educate, enable and empower sales teams and strategic partners to effectively win more
- Lead the customer identification and qualification process including campaign, lead and opportunity effectiveness, pipeline management and outlook,
- Lead & participate in large strategic local & global cross functional initiatives associated to sales process, sales enablement, reporting, and analytics for EMEALA sales engagements.
- Drive Strategic GTM Initiatives aimed at supporting the EMEALA sales teams
- Manage the strategic and operational reporting & analytics framework to effectively manage the business and business processes
- Maintain relationships with EMEA sales leadership, customers and partners by providing support, information, and guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Previous experience of working with senior stakeholders and facilitating commercial business reviews
- At least 5+ years of program management experience leading and managing large global and local cross functional programs focused on driving process improvement and/or new capabilities, and enablement of sales and ecosystem teams
- Proven track record working on multi-region projects requiring large change management or financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytics, business finance and reporting capabilities
- Strategic communication and presentation skills
- MBA Preferred
