**Job description**

To work within a small team, our main core work is the installation and de-installation of **Portable Modular** **Buildings** including site worker’s facilities, offices, classrooms etc.

We are seeking to recruit a general hands on site operative to assist with our core works (installing and dismantling portable accommodation) but who is also capable of carrying out basic general maintenance work eg plumbing, basic electrical works, carpentry, joinery etc. This is a manual role. You must be flexible as there will be occasional working away from home, and some weekend work required (additional pay). Working at height will be involved when working on roofs (harness training and working at height training will be provided) and full PPE must be worn at all times when on site.

We are based in the South East (Rochester) but work nationally which will mean some early morning starts and late finishes. The role is field based and travel from home direct to site will be required. A Company van will be provided.**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS Green Card (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
