**Are you a passionate and creative Graphic Designer seeking an opportunity to make your mark in a dynamic agency environment?**

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Chic PR & Events and contribute to our client's success through captivating visual storytelling and impactful design solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both our creative team and clients, working on diverse projects that span branding, marketing and event materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop brand assets including logos, brand books, sub marks, and social designs.
- Create compelling assets for advertisements, social media campaigns, and various marketing materials, participating in client-facing projects.
- Engage in clear and effective communication with clients, actively participating in internal and client-facing meetings to ensure project alignment and exceptional standards of delivery.
- Work with our events team to co-ordinate event design in line with key project deadline dates.
- Design artwork tailored for large print jobs such as event materials, ensuring a seamless transition from digital to physical mediums.
- Conceptualise innovative ideas and bring projects to life from initial concepts to final execution.
- Adapt and reformat assets to suit different mediums and usage requirements.
- Design fresh elements to elevate social media presence including new logos, branded icon covers, and story templates.
- Showcase versatility in design skills across various domains such as website design, product packaging, branding, and general marketing materials.
- Infuse your unique perspective into every project, playing an active role in the creative evolution of client accounts.
- Utilise expertise in print job execution, understanding the intricacies of print requirements for physical materials.
- Mentored junior team members, providing guidance on fundamental and standard design practices.
- Demonstrate adept project management skills, effectively juggling multiple assignments and adapting seamlessly to diverse clients and project scopes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative range and expertise in various design projects.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, design aesthetics, and visual communication.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, effectively communicating ideas and translating client needs into design solutions.
- Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of individual projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and innovations.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
