**Job description**

**E-Commerce Engraving/Packing Production Operative**

Badgemaster is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our small e

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating Epilog/Trotec engraving machines.
- Operating Xenetech/gravograph mechanical engravers.
- Operating of the resin doming machine.
- Assembling products according to instructions and quality standards
- Packaging finished products for dispatch, ensuring they are properly protected and labelled.
- Collaborating and helping team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensuring that all equipment and machinery is properly maintained.
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer enquiries
- Order entry, artwork generation and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Use of the following equipment: Sonic welding machine, Guillotine, Bender, Scales,

Conf bender.
- Ensuring that health and safety is always maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an e-commerce or production environment.
- Strong knowledge in IT and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience with laser engraving is preferred.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**:
From £10.42ph

**Working hours**:
36.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 3:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 2:00pm
