We are currently recruiting for despatcher / loader for our evening shift based from our Walsall depot

Working a 45 hour week, Monday to Friday starting at 3.00 pm loading vehicles ready for despatch

The main duties are
- Loading HGV night trunks as per plan.
- Brief drivers at the start of their shift
- Completing Safe and Legal documentation in relation to loading.
- Communicate with transport any issues with loading.
- Assist Warehouse Team with wrapping pallets, putting runs in order.
- Assist with picking during peak periods.
- Check all runs have correct stock for deliveries.
- Invoicing orders on computer system and ensure correct paperwork goes with night trunks.
- De briefing drivers
- Work from home taking calls up until midnight
- Dealing with breakdowns, driver issues.
- Complete Health and Safety tool box talks with night drivers.
- Report any issues to Transport manager/Warehouse manager
- Download driver cards and trucks.

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
