We are currently recruiting for an individual who is passionate and dedicated about food to come and join our Aramark UK team This is a permanent and full-time role. As travel is required we are flexible on shift patterns.

So who are we? In a nutshell, Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education. We are very lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.

We are eager to find someone who has the below skills and experience;
- Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
- Management of production to ensure mínimal wastage
- Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
- Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
- Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark

requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
- Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
- Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager.
- Undertake relevant training as required

In addition to the above, Cooks may occasionally be required to undertake ad hoc back of house and

front of house duties in line with business requirements.
