Disturbia are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. The company is at an exciting time of growth so we need a flexible team player who’s able to grow with us
**Job summary**:
Oversee all aspects of HR for our rapidly growing team, working closely alongside our Heads of Departments. We currently have 20+ employees.
**Responsibilities include**
- Develop and maintain a full generalist HR service to the business.
- Be the main point of contact for operational HR matters throughout the business, including any employee concerns or issues.
- Responsible for all aspects of absence management and leave processes
- Record and monitor employee absence data, noting any trends and promoting early intervention
- Manage recruitment of new staff, including new starter paperwork & inductions
- Manage companies staff allowance system.
- Develop and maintain systems to lead absence management; conduct; performance management; grievances; and probation reviews.
- Ensure staff competency is assessed & improvements made regularly via regular performance reviews.
- Collate and analyse People Data to formulate and propose appropriate HR action plans
- Coach and support line managers with formal processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice, sharing with colleagues and the management team as appropriate.
- Support with annual appraisals and salary reviews.
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policy or procedural issues to employees and managers.
- Promote health and wellbeing throughout the business.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise.
- Proven track record of delivering results within a generalist HR Officer or Advisor role.
- Minimum of 3 years experience handling Employee Relations matters.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
- High degree of accuracy with all tasks, displaying a high attention to detail.
- Be a trusted advisor, offering views, building respect and being proactive.
- Strive to push the companies HR practices forward at all times.
- Enthusiasm within the role, taking a pro-active approach to all tasks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
- IT literate and proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

**Salary (based on experience)**: £24,000 - £30,000
**Salary**: £11.54-£14.42 per hour
