Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking an Underwriting Administrator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Brighton. This is a temporary role for initially 3 months with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 09.00am - 17.00pm. Our client is offering a hybrid working pattern where you have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week.
**Pay**:£12.00 - £13.00 per hour DOE
**Purpose**: As the Administrator, you will provide support to members of the underwriting department, in migrating policies to our clients new system and maintaining appropriate logs for governance purposes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing policies, endorsements, and cancellations through internal system.
- Maintains an activity log with account status for monthly management reports and provides updates as needed.
- Assists in report development and general underwriting operations.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Ability to work to deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability and eagerness to learn and develop
- Computer literate - Especially MS Excel and comfort with other systems.
