Immingham Swimming Pool are looking for an Operations Officer to work 40 hours per week to actively manage, develop and motivate a team of operational staff to the highest standard and to ensure the safe day to day running of a Lincs Inspire Limited leisure or sport facility, incorporating a wide range of activities such as swimming pools, sports halls, gyms and fitness studios.

Duties will included:

- Ensuring the facility is adequately and safely staffed whilst on duty, that all staff are wearing the company uniform and/or appropriate clothing and that any issues occurring are recorded and reported.
- At the start of every shift ensuring that the facility and its equipment is checked and maintained in good working order, in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Safe cash handling, reconciliation and banking of monies in accordance with the company’s financial procedures. Daily income will include cash/credit cards, up to £2,500, majority of which is usually cash. The post holder is a key holder for the venue’s safe when on duty.

Successful applicants will have experience with:

- Operational management of sport, leisure and/or entertainment sector facilities.
- Effective staff supervision, cost effective deployment and on-going development and training.

**Salary**: £27,385.00 per year
