**Social & Content Lead**

£43,500 - £48,500 + £500 Flex allowance, up to 15% bonus and benefits.

Do you have a passion for marketing and someone who can help drive the London Gatwick brand forward? We are looking for someone who can help us redefine the London Gatwick brand, initially through taking stewardship of our brand social and content.

**What is the role?**

The Social & Content Lead is responsible for planning and delivering our brand content strategy across key digital touchpoints, principally our consumer facing social media platforms, whilst also ensuring consistency of content and messaging across our consumer facing web environments and app ecosystem.

This role will have direct influence in building the London Gatwick brand online, but also in delivering incremental commercial revenue opportunities for the airport. This will come in the form of building preference towards London Gatwick as the airport for everyone, whatever their journey.

**What will you do? **_(Accountabilities)_
- Manage the deployment of our brand visual identity across all created content and specified platforms.
- Lead social media strategy, content planning and execution end-to-end as part of an integrated brand development plan.
- Support in the delivery of campaign materials across digital platforms such as the website and mobile app
- Build and manage strong relationships with partners and support them in the delivery of their online activity within the London Gatwick digital ecosystem.
- Support external partner agencies performance ensuring excellence in delivery of paid media campaign activity across key media platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Maintain strong relationships across the marketing team and external agencies to deliver the required campaign activation.
- Produce campaigns that will deliver on building preference towards London Gatwick as the airport for everyone, whatever their journey, driving passenger volume and increasing both pre-arrivals spend and spend within the terminal.

- A passion for marketing and interest in developing your career across broad marketing disciplines.
- Demonstrable experience of having led significant B2C campaigns end to end from conceptualisation through briefing, delivery, and measurement within a large consumer facing brand.
- A strong understanding of digital communication as a technical discipline and what makes for great creative and powerful messaging, using test and learn methodologies to improve performance.
- An understanding of creative platforms (across the Adobe suite) with the ability to interpret and execute against brand guidelines.
- Experience of working effectively with third-party partners and growing these relationships to develop joint campaign activity that delivers against both the needs of the London Gatwick brand and that of the partner.
- Experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders with a view to delivering strong brand outcomes.
- Relevant degree and marketing qualifications desirable.
