As a Sales Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a sales environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Participate in training sessions to learn about our products/services, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Shadow experienced sales representatives to observe sales processes, customer interactions, and negotiation strategies.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Accompany sales representatives on client visits and presentations to gain real-world experience.
- Learn to use CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to support sales efforts.
- Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and networking events to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM software.
