**HGV 1 DRIVERS - TEMP TO PERM CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE START**

Immediate and ongoing roles starting as temp to perm available for experienced Class 1 drivers.

**You will be part of a well-established team; your daily tasks will be the following**:

- You will be delivering general haulage/palletised goods to sites nationwide.
- Your role will entitle loading and unloading stock.
- You will be required to conduct full vehicle checks post and pre shift.
- New passers considered, we can help and develop your new skills to get a higher standard and gain the experience you need.
- You require valid Drivers CPC & Digital Tacho Card.
- Good understanding of the WTD & Tacho laws
- Comply with working time directive rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Ensure vehicle is always in a roadworthy condition.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.

You will have flexibility to do either a day or night shift. The day shift will begin at around 05:00-07:00am daily and the night shift will be around 20:00-23:00pm and you will be working between Monday to Sunday. You will be paid time and a half work on a weekend the rates will be time and a half.

Your hourly rate for the day shift will be £15.45 and the night shifts will be £18.03. Weekends will be paid at time and a half.

You will also accrue standard holiday entitlements pro rata.
