**About the role -**
- Day to day maintenance on the building, services, equipment, and grounds
- Maintain the home is a safe and efficient order
- Respond to any maintenance queries as quickly as possible

**About you -**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- To be friendly and approachable.
- Work to a high standard.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of standards and regulations for this role.
- Have good general DIY and maintenance skills.
- Drivers license is essential, own transport preferable.
