GTJ Cars Ltd is used car dealer with two sites selling circa 1000 cars per year. We are challenging, supportive and fast-paced.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use good judgement when dealing with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Deal with difficult customers and resolve customer complaints.
- Deal with multiple customers.
- Confident with telephone conversations.
- Ability to handle several enquiries at the same time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
