**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of up to 20 employees in the removals and facilities management industry
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective team management
- Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet project requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports of team and project performance

**About you**:

- Proven experience as a supervisor in a customer service role with experience in the Removals industry
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 20 employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends, as required, due to project work
- A valid driving license
