Forklift Driver

**The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Carrickfergus area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team on the night shift.**

**Hours**: Monday
- Saturday
- 08:00- 12:00

**Pay Rate**: £11

**Location**: Carrickfergus, BT38

**The role**:

- Loading and unloading
- Operate a FLT
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet nightly deadlines.
- Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and labelling of parcels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
