The Lismoyne Hotel is a privately owned hotel set in groomed gardens, tucked away just a 3-minute walk from Fleet Town Centre. Our hotel has 62 bedrooms, bar, conservatory, outside seating, restaurant and 2 function rooms.

As Reception Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Reception and Nights Team, which includes leading the team in providing outstanding customer service, maximising profit opportunities, reducing costs, and establishing a well-developed, skilled, and motivated team. To improve communication and integration between Reception and the
Night Team in order to deliver standards in a highly professional and consistent manner. Through learning and development and leading by example, you will be hands-on and a great example of a people person.

You will be liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure that the rooms are always presented to a 5 star standard.

You will have the opportunity to be creative in driving additional revenue streams for the hotel.
