**About the Role**

Broadfield Project Management provide Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to the construction industry. We are currently seeking an experienced office administrator to join our well-established team in Sheffield City Centre.

**Job Purpose**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Attending meetings (usually via Teams) and taking accurate meeting minutes
- Assisting in the production of reports, presentations and other documents
- Assisting with procurement activities; obtaining and comparing quotes, preparing purchase orders
- Proof reading and sense checking reports and Excel documents
- Creating presentations in PowerPoint
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Ordering supplies and construction materials online or over the phone
- Accurately organising office files, documents and records
- Conducting online research and compiling data as needed
- Booking accommodation and travel
- General administration to support the wider team

**Skills and Experience: -**
- Experience of working in an administrative role (preferably at a senior level)
- Experience of taking accurate meeting minutes
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage own time and workload effectively
- Competent in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent numerical, written communication and listening skills
- Confident telephone manner
- GCSE grade C or above in maths and English (or equivalent)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**:£25,000 + (depending on experience)

**Job Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Hours**:8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday (40 hours)

**Location**: On Site - Sheffield City Centre

**Benefits**:
