Warehouse Administrator

CareCo are seeking to hire an experienced Administrator to join our Warehouse Department.
Our Warehouse Administrators are responsible for the behind-the-scenes side of the business, liaising with internal and external staff, monitoring orders and stock on our CRM system and ensuring the responsibilities within the warehouse are being seen to.
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Liaise with internal/external staff, suppliers, couriers, and third-party companies.
- Monitor the receipt of orders via current system and goods delivered into the warehouse.
- Complete booking in procedures for products within warehouse.
- Assist and support the Senior Warehouse Administrator in their day-to-day admin tasks.
- Process end of day reports for couriers and delivery companies.
- Verify parts and merchandise from suppliers on accepting delivery and ensure deliveries are correct and booked into stock to fulfil current orders.
- Ensure current stock on CRM system is checked against physical stock in warehouse locations, making adjustments when necessary and leaving adequate information for future reference.
- Assisting with any other duties that may be required.
- Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
**What skills are required?**
- Strong organisational skills will need to be evidence.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office package (Excel especially).
- Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
- Keen eye for detail and problem solving.
- Ideally someone who is physically fit as the job may require some manual handling and movement around the warehouse space.
**What do CareCo offer you?**
- £24,150 annual salary, increasing to £25,000 upon completion of probation period.
- Full-time hours - 40-hours a week on a Monday to Friday schedule.
