JGA are partnered with a global manufacturer to seek a Payroll Lead on a 12-month FTC basis.
This role will oversee the
UK and Ireland’smonthly payroll systems. This consists of three payrolls encompassing around 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Management of all payroll activity for Bidford Working with the UK HR team Acting as a lead support for the implementation of a new time and attendance system. Collation of all payroll-related administration, new starters, leavers, all aspects of absence management, attachment of earnings, maternity leave, paternity leave etc. Payroll administration of company benefits, Pension data and changes Working with third party payroll provider Requirements
Previous experience in payroll processing (3+ years) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and payroll software. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
