**About the Role and Person**
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent

Core role focus is to line manage the Maintenance Surveyors and provide required leadership and direction to maintain an efficient and motivated. Liaise with contractors to assist in the resolution of all operational issues. Supervise contractors work on site as necessary and report concerns regarding performance and conduct, to the Building Services Manager. Work with contractors to ensure KPI targets are achieved. Ensure Accent achieves value for money in the management of its assets by using appropriate schedule of rates, quotations and materials, remaining focused upon the health and safety of the customer. To manage Maintenance Surveyors to ensure contractor variation requests are responded to and Accent systems are updated to reflect changes.

**Location**

We’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.

**Salary**

The spot salary for this post is **£43,331**per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

This post will also receive a car allowance of £1,250 per annum.
