This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team who will be the first port of call for customer breakdown and planned maintenance queries.

**Role Overview**

To be the first point of contact when customers contact our busy service and breakdown department.

Dispatching engineers to attend breakdowns and managing engineer workload accordingly.

Raising quotes and liaising with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely delivery

This is a varied and demanding role that will focus on providing a high level of customer service and fostering positive working relationships with field engineers and other departments within the business.

**Skills and knowledge required to be successful in this role are**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT Literate, with experience of working with a CRM (Saleforce would be an advantage)
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise

**Personal qualities and experience that are needed for this job**
- Previous experience in a busy customer service role
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Able to interact with a wide range of people
- Ability to multi-task whilst demonstrating a strong attention to detail
- Confident and resilient team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Bromyard (required)
