- Execute pre-planned activities to facilitate students in reaching their full potential.
- Be ready to invest time outside regular working hours.
- Offer guidance and advice to trainee assistants.
- Step in to cover in the event of a teacher's absence.
**Requirements**:
- Must hold an NVQ3 qualification or HLTA qualification, or an equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a teaching/learning assistant or classroom assistant.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse situations.
- Express a genuine passion for working with children with SEN.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different groups of children.
