**The Role - Window Cleaner / Specialist Cleaner**

Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Window Cleaner / Specialist Cleaner to work on housing estates and council run offices and community centres. Working within the facilities management sector, this company oversee the day to day running of housing developments across the country. The Specialist Cleaner will be working in and around the Basildon area so you must have full UK Driving License. You will be ensuring the windows on each site are kept clean at all times as well as the deep cleaning of the internal areas. This role will involve the use window cleaning equipment such as a reach and wash system and machinery such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners and scrubbers. It was also involve quite a lot of heavy lifting so a good level of physical fitness would be essential.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Working in a 2 persons team driving a company van to complete the cleaning rota.
- Window cleaning - use of reach and wash system.
- Washing down walls and removing graffiti.
- Strip and seal of floors.
- Using carpet cleaners to clean carpets and upholstery.
- Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs / maintenance in communal areas.
- Driving company van to and from site.
- Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Window cleaning experience is essential.
- Experience using carpet cleaning machinery is essential.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Cleaning experience
