Despatch Controller

The post holder will be responsible for working as part of a team on a 24/7 rota basis.
The successful applicant will be a key member of the control team and will contribute to the delivery of quality service in accepting, deploying, and managing all recovery jobs in line with company guidelines, policies and procedures. General office work.
Preferred knowledge of despatch operating systems Knowledge of Connect fleet tracking systems or similar (in-house training can be provided)
Must have an understanding of the motor trade with mechanical knowledge and good geographical knowledge of the East London M25 UK
Able to demonstrate effective management skills in deploying all breakdown recovery jobs
