**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a personalized and friendly service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Uphold the café's standards for coffee quality, presentation, and service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop setting.
- Proficiency in espresso preparation techniques and latte art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certification.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and adapt.
