Event Supervisor

Solton Manor Estate - East Langdon, Dover.
Evening Events Supervisor - could include days too.

We have a superb opportunity for an Events Supervisor for evenings, to provide efficient and effective support by supervising the evening element of weddings and events ensuring guests receive the highest level of service. Predominantly evening but could include days too.

Previous hospitality experience within the wedding and events industry is desirable together with a keen eye for detail and immaculate personal presentation.

This is a busy environment and out of hours Events Supervisor needs to be quick witted. We need someone who can provide customer service at a level befitting our first class facility, being able to give high quality service to the guests, be physically able to help with moving tables and chairs. You will be flexible and enthusiastic in your approach. It is preferable that you have your own transport as there are no public transport services locally.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to work alone and to direct staff.
- A desire to innovate as well as implement.
- Confidence with dealing with customers and unknown situations.
- Ability to pre-empt situations and take pride in your work.
- The role is mainly for weekend work but also weekdays during the day and evening. Our main season currently runs from April to October and December.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 5 - 18 per week
