Join our team as a Junior Buyer, and you’ll get to take the next step in your buying career You’ll support our Buyer and Senior Buyer to bring a fantastic range of products to our customers.

Working closely with a number of our key brands and suppliers, you’ll get hands-on experience at the heart of a highly skilled team whilst enjoying the autonomy to build great relationships and achieve your goals. Whatever direction you take in the future, you’ll be well equipped to progress.

**As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Supporting the management of key supplier relationships in line with our category strategy
- Selecting and negotiating product ranges, deals and pricing
- Keeping a close eye on the market to see what new trends are emerging, as well as ensuring we are competitive in our current range
- Analysing trading performance and recommending actions to drive our business

**You will need**:

- A relevant degree (or equivalent), e.g. Marketing, Merchandising, Retail or Business
- Experience working with suppliers or within a commercial or buying team
- Strong problem-solving skills, supported by creative, solution driven thinking
- To be organised, analytical and numerate with good judgment
- Strong commercial awareness and a sense of customer needs
