Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general construction duties, including framing, roofing, and fabricating
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed
- Perform joinery work for cabinets, doors, and other wooden structures
- Paint surfaces as required, ensuring a high-quality finish

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Builder or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of building techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £8.91-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
- building: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
