**Job Title** - Service Controller
**Location** - Thame
**Salary** - up to £34.5k Basic plus bonus (c£2500)

**The Role**
You will effectively support Engineers and Customers regarding technical enquiries for Service & Repairs.

You will:

- Liaise with engineers & customers, allocating resources appropriately
- Maintains clear communication with the customer throughout the process
- Be able to identify performance issues
- Ensure engineers are adhering to H&S and service processes
- Monitor your regions efficiencies and profitability
- General administration such as invoicing, raising PO numbers, producing quotes.

**The Person & Skills**:
This is an exciting position for a company where your input will be valued. You will work within a small team making sure Engineers are able to perform their role efficiently. You will need:

- Excellent customer service skills
- To be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- The ability to think creatively and re prioritise based on requirements
- Have good organisational skills
- Self-motivated and keen to achieve targets

**The Package**:
Your hours will be 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday
- Basic salary up to £34.5k
- £37k OTE
- KPI based Bonus available
- Pension Contribution 7% on total earnings
