Installation Coordinator

**Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an Installation Co-ordinator for a KBB Retailer in the South West London area.**

In this role you will report into the Installation Manager and oversee all deliveries and assist with the coordination of the installation of individual kitchens and furniture.

The company is a Design-Led Forward looking Modern Kitchen Company.

**Your duties will include**
- Effectively promoting the brand & product and be an effective problem solver
- Demonstrating an excellent standard of customer care and service
- Listening carefully to customer complaints and record comments and act quickly and appropriately
- Maintaining good communication with Clients and liaising with Project Coordinators regarding the installation of jobs
- Being experienced and articulate, with a professional approach
- Booking of all worktop and splashback templating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Chasing suppliers and subcontractors for confirmation of dates etc
- Coordinating and organising ordering of appliances, spare parts and fittings and manage order sheet
- Co-ordinating and oversee the management of all furniture deliveries
- Ensuring that Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to with regard to deliveries
- Organising and maintaining stocks of materials, paint, handles etc and arrange delivery to site as necessary
- Checking showroom deliveries are correct
- Assisting with the management of all project files
- Answering the telephone as necessary, take messages, take delivery of items as necessary

**You should have**:

- Administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean Drivers Licence
- Thorough understanding of product, production and installation methods
- Thorough understanding of company structure, procedures and systems
- Good organisational skills
