Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support their business in designing and planning effective approaches to meet their short, medium, and long-term resourcing priorities.
The Role:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including liaising with hiring leaders, developing dynamic job adverts.
- Management of recruitment campaigns, managing agency relationships, some direct sourcing, management of process and offers.
- Provide proactive and specialist advice on recruitment & selection, and related considerations with a solution focused proactive approach to business requirements and challenges.
- Work in partnership with Reward & Recognition Hub to conduct market and competitor analysis and bench marking to ensure that recruiting leaders are provided with up-to-date market pay ranges, to ensure attraction success and internal pay structure compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the wider People and Talent team to deliver services and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- CIPD level 5.
- Previous experience that demonstrates a strong level of understanding of recruitment specific employment law and recruitment practices.
- Experience of using multiple CV databases such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- ATS and /or HR System knowledge and practical experience.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document management systems.
