The role

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who's dedicated to helping others in need to join our amazing team of care workers at our extra care scheme in Freshwater This is a part-time role based on a 30-hour working week (wakeful nights) on a permanent basis

In this role, you’ll be providing responsive care to our residents at Green Meadows. This is a hands-on role where you’ll actively help our residents to live an independently within their home, whilst promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.

The location

You will be working at our Extra Care Scheme, Green Meadows in Freshwater, which opened in 2021. The scheme has been built to a high specification. All the flats and communal areas have been designed with the residents needs in mind.

What you'll have

If you don’t have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we’ll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role. You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings. And most of all, you’ll have the ambition to learn new skills and make a positive difference to our residents’ wellbeing
