- Contributing to the growth and reputation of Edward Mellor Surveyors through professional excellence and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:- RICS accredited Chartered Surveyor (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS).
- Proven experience in property valuation, surveys, and consultancy.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
