Reports to Head of Sales

Job Purpose To provide the back-of-house support to the Lohen sales team

To undertake a broad range of general Lohen support tasks

Lohen is an established MINI tuning company that specialises in fast road, track and race preparation for the car enthusiast. Lohen are seeking an equally enthusiastic new member of the team in the warehousing.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

**To provide the back-of-house support to the Lohen sales team**
- To pick, pack and dispatch all mail-order orders
- To complete customs declarations where required
- To receive, check and allocate all incoming stock and deliveries.
- To assist with packaging and branding of Lohen created products.
- To operate the Company’s stock control procedures including ordering, receiving, storage, dispatch, and maintaining stocks of packaging materials
- To deliver the Lohen customer service experience through all forms of customer contact

**To undertake a broad range of general Lohen support tasks**
- To collect and/or deliver items to suppliers as required by the sales and/or workshop team.
- To collect and/or deliver customer vehicles as required.
- To maintain the professional presentation standards of all customer-visited areas and Lohen demonstrator vehicles.
- To assist with any general duties in the sales, workshop and other areas of the business.

This Job Profile is not exhaustive. Within a small company every employee is required to support the delivery of other tasks on a flexible and as-required basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
