**Job Description**:
The Business assistant will provide administrative and personal support to both Managing Directors.

**Job Duties**
- Assist with administrative tasks including, but not limited to: preparation of meeting materials, answering heavy phones, filing, photocopying and circulating correspondence and documents.
- Assist other members of the team
- Schedule meetings and appointments on site
- Process expense reports
- Scheduling networking events and organising various meetings.
- Create and maintain detailed status reports and documents
- Interact positively with others, and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
- Arrange travel and all accommodations, and create comprehensive and detailed itineraries as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to solve challenges independently.
- Willing to learn the business
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
