**Salary**:£30,000 to £34,000 (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced creative marketing professional to join our energetic and successful team at Right at Home UK. You will be a highly organised and passionate marketeer, looking to put your skills, knowledge and innovation to great use. This will be a varied and challenging role to support the smooth creation and delivery of our marketing campaigns and wider brand development as part of an ambitious and growing marketing team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Working with the wider marketing team, identify new, innovative and inspiring campaign concepts to support with brand elevation on both a local and national basis
- Use and understand data to track and analyse campaign performance on a regular basis
- Capture compelling and emotive stories and testimonies from across our network to demonstrate the powerful work carried out to improve the lives of those we care for
- Support with gaining local and national media coverage through writing and submitting high quality press releases, blogs and news content
- Supporting Right at Home to identify and make continuous improvements to our marketing strategy and measure return on investment
- Planning, implementing and creating content for social media campaigns, plus analysing and reporting on campaigns and effectiveness of content
- Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively across the business
- Update and refresh historic campaign content to offer a fresh new look whilst maintaining brand standards
- Assist with network wide artwork amends and designs that meet brand standards
- Supporting franchise owners to maximise on their community engagement strategies and initiatives through the delivery of coaching session and sharing best practice
- Managing third party relationships with printers and marketing suppliers
- Identify best practice content to add to our monthly network marketing newsletter
- Assist with the smooth running of our internal mystery shop exercise carried out throughout the year
- Deliver Customer Experience training sessions with members of the network to help educate and improve on their local enquiryprocess
- Ability to demonstrate greatcommercial results through a range of campaigns
- Able to offer clear advice and support on ways to enhance social media content to increase engagement
- Have a proven ability to increase a brand following across all social platforms
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to write and proof copy, ensuring content complies with brand guidelines, tone and key messaging
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenges on a day-to-day basis
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the team
- Ability to prioritise and adapt quickly with flexibility towards tasks
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven and an effective team player with a can-do attitude

**Highly desirable but not essential**:

- Knowledge of using Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop
- Experience using enterprise CRM platforms
- Experience working across multiple business at once or a franchise network

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
