We have an opportunity to join the training team to provide complaints training support through workshops, coaching and formal training sessions supporting the regulated activity at our Contact Centre in Warrington and our 3rd Party outsourced provider in Sheffield.

You’ll love creating and delivering enthusiastic training to new and existing teams through welcoming our new starters and training our existing colleagues giving them the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their role.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Creating training content to support development of colleagues
- Working with key stakeholders to agree training plans
- Delivering all training workshops including facilitating Train the Trainer workshops and refresher sessions
- Complying with FCA, CBI and Consumer Duty regulations when creating and delivering content
- Updating and designing new training content for the regulated areas of complaints

You will need:

- Previous training and workshop facilitation experience
- Knowledge of training delivery methodology and development tools
- To be a confident presenter and trainer
- Experience working in a complaints and customer service, preferably regulated within a regulated environment
- Understanding of complaints processes, policies and procedures and preferably exposure to various regulatory requirements
- Experience of working to FCA, CBI and Consumer Duty Regulations would be desirable
